The Buddhist have this concept that life is a preparation for death. How about if day was a preparation to go to sleep. That movement was a preparation for no-movement so it can support movement and this can support sleep again on an endless cycle.
That was my experience in the second day of investing more energy in sleep, being more aware of tasks that I would do at night – I tried to do them by day.
