When we choose to improve some process in our lives – how do we do it?

Are we aware that most of the choices that we do to improve sometimes reinforce the actual pattern that we are trying change and the improvement doesn’t necessarily happens but it gets even worst.

That’s some kind of blind spot there I suppose.

Closing means also celebrating. And this week besides the urge when I close a course I have to prepare the new on I reflected in the the importance for me of this subject. Not just closing but celebrating.

Almost moving from Lisbon I start to close processes in my life. Since social network accounts – Sorry Tumblr and Ello – to courses that started in the Autumn season.

This time is a time for me for closing and getting light for the Summer.

This is the first podcast of June. I will invest my energy during this month in closing the most as I can and acquiring only what I think is necessary.

After two weeks of proper rest, I feel peace and time stretching very similar like when I got from Vipassina meditation back on 2008.

It’s clear for me after this week that productivity has to do with a well rested brain that which separates the essential from the superfluous.

In this rest experience that I’m giving myself time and space to experiment I found out how can rest and a sense of easiness pours into other areas of my life.

Today I did many things in diversity and still in the end I had time to rest and enjoy the end of the day. The reason is clear – it’s related to my sleep experiment, but the mechanism is still unclear.
