In this quest for resting that I took this week, I found out how having a limited time I can make choices easier to manage my time during the day.

Time becomes a precious thing, so it’s used also in a more mindful way.

I’m going to extend this quest until at least the end of this month.

How was your rest this week? Are you dealing with some habit that you want to share?- I would really like to read it.

Happy sky gazing and enjoy your practice.

That was my experience in the second day of investing more energy in sleep, being more aware of tasks that I would do at night – I tried to do them by day.

So when does your sleep starts?

In around 24h, I traveled 1674 miles. I did it by train, airplane and bus. If I would have to do it by foot, it would take me 531h –  22 days … more if I would have to rest – of course.

What is the amount of ubiquity that is possible to bring into our lives? And how that serves it’s purposes? Are we more happy? more productive? more at ease with our lives?
